This Privacy Policy describes how Lemur: Spatial Camera ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). Lemur is a camera app for capturing spatial photos and videos on supported Pixel devices.
Lemur is designed to process camera, microphone, photo, and video data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or store your photos, videos, audio, camera feed, device identifiers, diagnostics, analytics, or personal information on developer-controlled servers.
The App does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, account, or social SDKs.
To function as a camera application, Lemur requires specific permissions:
Captured media is saved locally on your device in the device gallery using Android scoped media storage. Media saved to the gallery may be visible to other apps that you have granted media access to. You can delete saved photos and videos using your device gallery or file-management tools.
The App does not request Android internet permission and does not upload app data. The Privacy Policy button opens this page in your external browser.
The App does not share user data with us or third parties. You remain in control of any media you choose to share from your device through other apps or Android system sharing features.
Since we do not collect your data, we do not maintain a remote account, analytics profile, or server-side media record for you. Your content remains on your device and is subject to your device's security protocols.
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
